专利说明:

The present invention relates to a method for simultaneously introducing a plurality of hollow tubes of small outer diameter into a conduit having a significantly larger inner diameter and a tube bundle feeding device for carrying out this method for simultaneously introducing a plurality of said mini tubes into an already buried conduit.
With the proliferation of local area networks with optical fiber cables, also called optical fibers, it becomes necessary to populate empty conduits previously laid in the ground with a multiplicity of mini-pipes, in which subsequently the optical fibers are introduced as required.
Such mini tubes, for example, have an outer diameter of 7 mm and can accommodate 12 to 24 optical fibers. For example, a commercially available diameter for already laid conduits is 50 mm. Into such a conduit, 20 mini-tubes could be introduced purely mathematically considered. However, the object of the present invention is to insert 18 mini-tubes with a diameter of 7 mm and a mini-tube with a diameter of 14 mm into a 50 mm tube with the 14 mm diameter mini-tube as a correspondence tube between two distributors and for the utilization of dead zones should. At least 312 fiber optic cables could then be laid in such a tube bundle.
The existing in the prior art devices for the introduction of such minipipes by pulling rope in a conduit of the type mentioned can only be used for a partly considerably smaller number of mini tubes. With a number of more than 12 to 15 mini tubes occurs due to uneven and difficult tensile forces due to friction forces occurring along the inner surface of the empty tube to the destruction of individual mini tubes. Moreover, this achieves so only a maximum achievable length of the empty pipe of 400 m, but at least four to five people for tracking the mini tube composite are required.
Another common method is the introduction of mini tubes by hand. In this case, 7 to 8 mini tubes in a composite in a 50 mm empty pipe by means of a leader by a person to a maximum length of 100 m achieved, with at least one other person must track the mini tube composite.
According to an alternative known method, about 7 mini-tubes with an outer diameter of 10 mm are introduced by means of compressed air. This method is described for example in EP 1 045 189. With this method, installations with a maximum length of 500 m can be achieved. However, the required air volume is 10 to 13 m3 per minute at an air pressure of 8 to 10 bar and therefore requires the use of a construction site compressor.
It is also known from the prior art to lay an elongate body of several hundred meters in length in an empty tube by means of a feed device, wherein the rigid body - such as a cable - is pushed between feed rollers or feed caterpillars into the empty tube and at the same time the free end Cable is covered by a pig and pulled through the lee. Such a feed device is known for example from EP 0 943 570. Alternative devices are described in EP 1 040 543 or EP 1 045 189. However, all these devices are only suitable for the introduction of only one rigid body. Furthermore, it is known from the prior art to reduce the frictional forces between the outer wall of the body to be introduced and the inner wall of the empty tube by the use of lubricants.
Starting from this prior art, the object of the invention is to provide a method for simultaneously introducing a plurality of mini-pipes into a pipe, which makes it possible to achieve a compact filling of the empty pipe with mini-pipes in order to fill the free inside diameter of the pipe as far as possible with mini-pipes, with a radial pressure load derLeerrohres is to be avoided and a slightly different from the circular shape cross section of the empty pipe can be accepted. Furthermore, the object of the invention is to provide a device which assists the compact filling of an empty tube with mini tubes according to this method.
For better illustration, the present invention refers to a 50mm diameter air tube in which 18 mm diameter 7 mm diameter and 14 mm diameter mini tubes are to be simultaneously inserted into the empty tube. It goes without saying, however, that the invention should also be applied to conduits having a different diameter and a corresponding different number of minipipes of other diameters. It is essential that the number and dimensions of the mini-tube in any case is too large to allow an injection of compressed air due to a too small free flow area.
The method according to the invention and the device according to the invention will be explained in more detail below with reference to the figures. Furthermore, reference is made to a non-mandatory auxiliary device according to the invention in the form of a fan drum, which can additionally support the method according to the invention and additionally facilitate handling on the construction site. The method is preferably used in residential areas, wherein the empty pipe to be fitted with mini pipes is located predominantly in public grounds, for example below a pavement or road surface, and opens into distribution boxes at a distance of about 400 meters.
In the figures shows:
Fig. 1 is a side view of the device according to the invention;
Fig. 2 is a view of a first end face of the device of Fig. 1;
3 is a view of a second end face of the device according to FIG. 1.
As is apparent from Fig. 1, the device consists of a base plate 1, a fixed thereto first support bracket 2 for an angular support bracket 3, a housing with integrated hopper 4, which rests on a support 5, a second support bracket 6, one on the second support bracket 6 fixed lubricant applicator cylinder 7 with lubricant connections 8 and a releasably connected to the lubricant applicator cylinder 7 cutting pliers 9 for fixing a conduit together, wherein - as shown in Fig. 2 - in the Winkelellagerbock3 the drive rollers 10, the drive rollers 10 associated counter rollers 11 and possibly provided centrically another pair of rollers 13 are. The
Drive rollers 10 are non-positively connected via a gear with a motor 12.
The lubricant application cylinder 7 has proved to be advantageous in practice, but is not absolutely necessary, since the device according to the invention is basically also usable in the absence of lubricant application cylinder 7. In this case, the cutting pliers 9 is detachably connected to the support bracket 6.
From Fig. 2, a possible arrangement of the drive rollers 10 and the Gegenrollen11 in the angular bearing block 3 can be seen, with the angular bearing block 3 is supported on the base plate 1 via the first support bracket 2. Here, four drive rollers 10 are arranged around the center of the angular bearing block 3 within the angular bearing block 3 in a quadrangular arrangement and communicate with four counter rollers 11 which are freely rotatably mounted in pressure carriages 14 and whose distance from the drive rollers 10 is predetermined by means of adjusting screws 15. In a preferred embodiment of the device according to the invention, a further roller pair 13 is located centrally in the angular bearing block 3.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the drive rollers 10 and the counter rollers 11 each have a plurality of parallel receiving grooves 16 for the minipipes, the receiving grooves 16 being respectively adapted to the outer diameter of the minijas. In a further preferred embodiment of the invention, a further drive roller with associated counter roller is centrally arranged in the angular bearing block 3 as a central roller pair 13, which preferably also each have a receiving groove, wherein the diameter of the transported through the centrically arranged pair of rollers 13 mini tube absolutely not must be identical to the diameter of the other mini tubes.
It has proven to be particularly advantageous to provide at least the receiving grooves 16 of the drive rollers 10 and the pair of rollers 13 with a surface coating which allows a better grip and thus enables better power transmission to the mini-tube.
In an advantageous further development of the device according to the invention, a guide cone, not shown in the figures, is supported on the angular bearing block 3, which protrudes into the funnel 4 and preferably has an axial, continuous bore, wherein guide grooves for the minute tubes can be provided in the lateral surface of the guide cone. This guide cone ensures that the mini-tubes can not bend between the drive rollers and the funnel or inside the funnel even at high propulsion forces.
The speed of the drive rollers 10 and the roller pair 13 is controlled via a control on the tensile force on the wind, not shown.
In a concrete embodiment, in which four square drive rollers 10, each with five receiving grooves 16 and a Winkelellagerbock3 centrally arranged further pair of rollers 13 - as shown in Fig. 2 - came to use, was with the device according to the invention a bundle consisting of 18 mini tubes with a Each having a diameter of 7 mm and a centrally located mini-tube having an outer diameter of 14 mm, inserted into a conduit having an outer diameter of 50 mm, the mini-tube leaving the funnel 4 having an outer diameter of 45 mm. The mini tube bundle was terminally attached to a pig, not shown in the figures, which was pulled through the empty tube by means of a 6 mm nylon pretensioning rope. According to the manufacturer, the pretensioning rope was designed to withstand a pulling force of up to 700 kg. The pretensioning rope was pre-tensioned with a fixed tension of 4000kN. The catchment area was 400 m. The drive speed of the Stöber bevel geared motorKL202EZ401 was 375 / min and the standstill torque was 43 Nm. For the speed control a servo inverter of the company Stöber Type SDS 500 was used. For the introduction of the lubricant, a Beta Beta4bl602 diaphragm pump was used. The amount of lubricant introduced was from 0.2 to 0.25 liters / min. As a lubricant, Kabelglis was taken. Thus, a insertion speed of lim per minute could be achieved.
Fig. 3 shows a second end face of the device according to the invention, this time viewed from the opposite side to FIG. 2.
The essential advantages of the method according to the invention using the device according to the invention are that a much larger number of mini tubes can be laid in a given internal cross section of an empty tube already laid in the ground with two to maximally three persons in a considerably shorter time, whereby the risk of damage to individual mini tubes is almost eliminated is.
Since spatial problems arise in the arrangement of supply rolls for the mini-tubes both at the site of the construction site and during transport, as has been the case in actual application, a fan drum was developed in a further development which consists of a drum body and a plurality of partitions distributed over the drum shaft consists. In each drum compartment, an approximately 405m long mini-tube was wound before the transfer of mini tubes to the construction site. This made it possible to transport the entire equipment to the construction site in just one step with only two cars and trailers, and the space on the construction site was reduced to a minimum, so that the impairment of the settlement routes did not lead to the complete cessation of road traffic.
